After spending a lifetime and finding disappointment in meditation, I came to the Vedic Astrology Centre.  I found a place unlike others.  Here there is a genuine focus on meditation and living.  Since people are results oriented I would say that there has been tremendous changes in me since I started.  It isn't like waking up the next morning and everything has changed.  It is gradual.  I can concentrate better, focus better, relax better and meditate better.  It is something you have to want for yourself.  It is worth spending the time to make yourself better and therefore your life better.
